This months Social was held at Key West Crazy Restaurant & Bar located at 4492 Waterfront Ave. in Little River. A great time was had by the members of the Rotary Club of Little River and our guests. The beautiful view,tasty food and fantastic service combined to make it a wonderful night for all. Please check back in the coming days for the location of next months festivities. Remember the first Tuesday of every month will have us showing the love to a local business. Come join us and spend some time with the “Little Club With A Big Heart”.
The featured speaker at our Aug.28th.meeting was Doug Roderick. Doug,a Rotarian for 25 years,gave us a fascinating account of his recent trip to Cuba. All present members and guests found it very informative. Doug will return at a later date to present a photographic journal of his trip.

Rotary Club of Little River was visited by the North Myrtle Beach Sea Turtle Patrol at our Aug.24 meeting. Corina Allen and Mary Hager gave a wonderfully informative presentation on their organizations efforts to preserve endangered Sea Turtles. This week The Little River Rotary Club had our August Social at Ian’s Waterway Bar & Grille 2200 Little River Neck Rd. North Myrtle Beach. A fine turnout of members and guests enjoyed the fabulous view, wonderful food and refreshing libations. Ian’s staff were very warm and welcoming. We thank them for their hospitality. A return trip is guaranteed. Next months Social location will be forthcoming so please check back.
