At our March 15th meeting we had a special guest speaker. HGTC President Neyle Wilson. On the eve of his retirement, President Wilson spoke of the future of the College. Also the important role it will play in preparing the citizens of S.C. to meet the needs of new local manufacturing.
3rd Annual Spirit of Giving held Jan. 26th at The Parsons Table 4305 McCorsley Ave.,Little River. The event was a huge success thanks to all our friends and neighbors who came out to support what we are doing in our community. Special thanks to our own members who worked hard to make it all come together.
Rotary Club of Little River’s first Social of the New Year. Our location for the first Social of 2017 was held at Clark’s Seafood & Chophouse 720 U.S. 17 N, Little River 843-399-8888. Clark’s provided the perfect setting for our members and guests to enjoy a beautiful evening. Attentive service and great food combined to ensure a fantastic time was had by all. Special thanks to their staff for their efforts.
This years Christmas Party was held at the Parsons Table 4305 McCorsley Ave Little River (843) 249-3702. Our host Ed Murray and his great staff provided a truly festive atmosphere and fantastic food not to mention stellar service. Our hats off to them for making our event so very special.

This week finds Rotary Club of Little River at the Daisy Elementary School 2801 Red Bluff Rd. Loris, giving dictionaries to to 3rd. grade students. Club members Donna Levinski and Marty Richardson presenting the books to the children.
This weeks Rotary Club of Little River Food Drive which has been expanded to include many new areas,was a great success as 3847 pounds of food were collected to be distributed to needy families in our community. Thanks to all involved for contributing to make this Holiday Season more enjoyable for all our neighbors.
